Cranberry-Apple Cookies – The fruits in these cookies help to make them a healthy choice, and the cinnamon gives them just the right amount of spiciness! – Butter, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Egg, Milk, Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt, Orange rind ((grated)), Apples ((pared & chopped)), Cranberries ((chopped)), Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.; Cream butter and sugars; beat in Egg and milk.; Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.; Stir into butter mixture until well-blended.; Stir in orange rind, apple and cranberries. drop onto baking sheets.; Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees F.; – Don’t store these in a cookie jar, they will get too mushy.

- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Orange rind (grated)
- 1-1/2 Cups Apples (pared & chopped)
- 1 Cup Cranberries (chopped)

Instructions

Cook's Notes
Don't store these in a cookie jar, they will get too mushy.
