Apple Blueberry Pie
Here’s a little twist on the classic Apple Pie. And since both the blueberries and the apples have so many health benefits, you can eat this pie without guilt!
Apple Blueberry Pie – A little twist on the classic Apple Pie. – Sugar, Salt, Fresh Blueberries, Pie Shell ((unbaked)), Cornstarch, Apples ((peeled and sliced)), Lemon Juice, Margarine, Preheat oven to 425° F.
; In large bowl, stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt.; Add apples, blueberries and lemon juice; toss to coat the fruit.; Turn into pastry lined 9-inch pie plate.; Dot with margarine.; Add top crust.; Seal and flute edge.; Bake in a 425° F oven until crust is browned and filling is bubbly.; – Serve warm or cold with ice cream to make it extra yummy!

- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Pie Shell (unbaked)
- 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 4 Cups Apples (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Margarine

Instructions
