Sour Milk Cake – Don’t throw out your soured milk – use it make this delicious cake! – Flour ((sifted)), Sugar, Baking Cocoa, Baking Soda, Salt, Egg, Butter ((or margarine, melted)), Milk ((sour)), Water ((hot)), Vanilla, Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
; Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt into mixing bowl.; Add egg, butter, sour milk, hot water and vanilla.; Beat (preferably with an electric mixer) at medium speed for 2 minutes.; Pour batter into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.; Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until it tests done (a toothpick or fork comes out clean).; Cool in pan.; – Cover with your choice of icing.

- 3 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Butter (or margarine, melted)
- 1 Cup Milk (sour)
- 1/4 Cup Water (hot)
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
