Chocolate Truffles – You might think Chocolate Truffle’s are difficult to make. Well, with this simple recipe, they definitely are not! – Butter ((unsalted)), Confectioner’s Sugar, Cocoa, Heavy or Whipping Cream, Vanilla, pecan, walnuts, whole almonds or after-dinner mints, coconut, crushed nuts,confectioners sugar, Cream butter in large mixer bowl.; Combine 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar and the cocoa; add alternately cream and vanilla to butter.; Blend well.; Chill until firm.; Shape small amount of mixture around desired center; roll into 1 inch balls.; Drop into desired coating and turn until well covered.; Chill until firm.; – See how easy that was?

- 1/4 Cup Heavy or Whipping Cream
- 1-1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Centers: pecan, walnuts, whole almonds or after-dinner mints
- Coatings: coconut, crushed nuts,confectioners sugar

- Cream butter in large mixer bowl.

- Blend well.
- Chill until firm.
- Shape small amount of mixture around desired center; roll into 1 inch balls.
- Drop into desired coating and turn until well covered.
- Chill until firm.

You had me at ‘chocolate.’ I think the term “truffle” sounds so fancy people think they’re hard to make. But this recipe looks incredibly easy. The husband thanks you in advance. 😉
I’d agree, making truffles has always been thought of as difficult by me at least but these look super easy to make
