Ingredients
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped)
- 1/3 Cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 Cup Real Bacon Pieces
- 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Pita Pockets (cut in half)
Servings: Pocket Sandwiches
Instructions
- Place the eggs into a bowl.
- Stir in the Alfredo sauce, bacon and onion powder. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the parsley and pepper.
- Open the pita pockets and fill each one with the egg salad mixture.
