Grilled salmon and avocado! My mouth waters just thinking about them! This avocado dip goes perfectly with this delicious grilled salmon – plus it’s quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 Each Avocados (peeled and diced)
- 2 Each Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 3 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pinch Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 2 Lbs Salmon Steak
- 2 tsp Dill Weed (dried)
- 2 tsp Lemon Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your grill.
- While it's heating, use a fork to mash avocados, garlic, yogurt and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Rub the salmon steaks with dill weed, lemon pepper and salt and place on the BBQ.
- Cook the steaks for about 15 minutes (turning once) until tender and the fish can easily be flaked with a fork.
- Serve this fantastic grilled salmon with the avocado mixture and a bowl of rice.

You can use plain or greek yogurt in this recipe. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime to make it pretty! 🙂
