Another Chinese study showed that when women drank 4 cups of Wu Long Tea a day, and changed no other habits for six weeks, they lost over two pounds .  Yet another study from the Suntory Research Center in Japan showed that drinking Wu Long Tea before eating can bring down the fattening impact that carbohydrates have on your body by curbing the rise in your insulin level.
