Big Green Egg Griller
Next, the Big Green Egg Griller is a multipurpose grill having the capability to prepare a meal at high temperature and it can act as a smoker, too. The whole product looks like an egg! Take note that this grill is pretty expensive. Currently it is sold for at least $750!
Char-Griller Outlaw
The Char-Griller Outlaw Charcoal Grill/Smoker (pictured above) boasts a large surface area of a thousand square inches of barbecuing space, so you’ll be able to put plenty of food in for grilling. It also has a traditional type barrel grill which provides me with the versatility that I want. Highly durable, it can last for almost 10 years, even if you use this grill every month.
As it uses the traditional barrel grill, the temperature control for this grill can be hard. But this can be easily overcome if the grilling is done by an experienced BBQ guy. This product is very affordable: Only $160+. If you host a 50-100 people party, I’m sure that this would be an ideal grill for you.
