Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill.
  2. While it's heating, use a fork to mash avocados, garlic, yogurt and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Rub the salmon steaks with dill weed, lemon pepper and salt and place on the BBQ.
  4. Cook the steaks for about 15 minutes (turning once) until tender and the fish can easily be flaked with a fork.
  5. Serve this fantastic grilled salmon with the avocado mixture and a bowl of rice.
  6. Enjoy!

You can use plain or greek yogurt in this recipe. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime to make it pretty! 🙂
